1 General Terms & Definitions

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the de222 website, applications, and related services. "Member" refers to any person registered on the Platform. "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's account.

The de222 platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play policies. These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

By accessing or using the Platform, the Member unconditionally agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Membership Eligibility

To create and use an account on de222, a Member must meet the following conditions:

• The Member must be at least 21 years old.
• The Member must join the Platform voluntarily and of their own free will.
• Only one account may be created per person.
• The Member must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.
• The Member must play within the limits of their own financial means.

de222 reserves the right to verify any account at any time. Failure to verify identity may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & Security

It is the Member's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration accurate and up to date. The Member is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.

The Member must notify de222 immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any security breach. de222 will not be liable for any losses arising from activities carried out on the account or from sharing login credentials with others.

de222 uses SSL encryption to protect every account. If suspicious activity is detected, de222 may initiate a verification process.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Payment methods currently accepted on de222 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

If a deposit is not correctly reflected in your account, a withdrawal is delayed, or any other transaction issue arises, the Member should contact the de222 support team. It is the Member's responsibility to retain proof of transactions.

de222 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until any required identity verification is completed. If fraud or irregularities are detected, the relevant account and balance may be frozen.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

de222 offers new Members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳18,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit).

Wagering requirement: A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

No direct withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance — winnings generated from the bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met. de222 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer.

5.1 VIP Program

The de222 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. de222 reserves the right to change VIP benefit eligibility and rates.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

All games on the de222 platform are operated under fair play policies. Members must play all games honestly and personally. The use of automated software, bots, or any artificial assistance is strictly prohibited.

When placing bets in the sports betting section, the Member acknowledges that outcomes are uncertain and all bets carry risk. de222's decisions regarding game results are considered final.

de222 reserves the right to correct any incorrect payouts made due to technical errors. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, de222 will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution.
